Profile Booster Campaign
The Profile Booster approach is ideal for businesses that are looking to both raise their profile through an ongoing marketing campaign and also generate a steady flow of leads via e-marketing and telemarketing. The typical content of a Profile Booster campaign would be:
- Database of 1000 records – this is either the client’s current database or a purchased database based on the profile of an ideal customer
- Cleansing of data initially to build relevant contacts and opt-in email addresses
- Monthly e-Marketing into the data with monitored results based on amount of times email opened, read and web links followed. This allows a priority call back list to be created
- Enhanced database – each record will be graded from Stage 0 (do not contact) through to Stage 5 (active sales opportunity)
Throughout the course of the campaign INCo will identify two types of opportunity:
- Warm - provides an opportunity for our client to present credentials and discuss product(s) with prospects who will be reviewing the market place in the near future. These prospects are typically ready to go to market within the next 12 months and happy to engage in initial contact with our clients.
- Hot - This is an active sales opportunity and an appointment will be arranged for the client’s sales team to engage in serious conversation about their product(s). INCo will qualify the lead to a high standard ensuring that information such as budget, authority, need, competition and timescales are captured.
Typically campaigns will run for a 6 month period providing enough time to build up our client’s profile and time to deliver up to 6 different messages to the target market. At the end of the campaign clients will have a fully graded database, a number of qualified sales opportunities and an accurate warming queue. All of the leads and the database will be 100% exclusive to the client.
